Defiant Consulting respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you may have.
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline or through channels that have their own privacy notice, or to third-party websites we link to.
The Site is operated by Defiant Consulting, a subsidiary of Defiant International, Inc.

a. Information you provide directly. When you complete our contact form or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, asset type, approximate asset value range, liquidity objective, timeline, and the content of any message. Some of this information — such as your asset type, approximate asset value, and liquidity objective — relates to your financial situation. We treat this information as confidential and limit access to it as described in this Policy. When you request a gated resource (such as our Feasibility Checklist or Mineral Rights Guide), we collect your name, company, email address, and asset type, and use your email address to deliver the requested resource and for follow-up communications about your inquiry; you may opt out of follow-up communications at any time using the contact details in Section 12.
b. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, which may include your IP address, browser type and settings, device information, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using server logs and Google Analytics for security, site operation, and analytics purposes. See Section 4 (Cookies and Similar Technologies).
c. Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third parties, such as referral or introducing partners, our affiliates, service providers, or social media platforms when you interact with our content.
How We Use Your Information

Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how visitors use it. We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality and Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our content. We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels.
You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to and assess inquiries, provide and administer services, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. c. EU/EEA and UK individuals. If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
